The creamy oats provide slow-releasing fuel, while raisins add gentle sweetness, and the blend of cardamom and cinnamon brings a cozy, aromatic depth that feels like a morning hug. Perfect for grounding your day, this simple yet satisfying breakfast is a beautiful way to care for both body and mind.

Preparation Time:
2 Minutes

Ingredient

1 tbsp of Ghee

½ cup of Oats

1 pinch of ground Cardamom ground

½ pinch of ground Cinnamon ground

A handful of Raisins

½ cup of Water

½ cup of Milk (preferably non-homogenised, or use your preferred milk alternative)

½ tsp Maple Syrup or honey

Step 1

In a small saucepan, gently heat ghee over a low flame. Add the oats and toast them for 1–2 minutes, stirring frequently, until they turn light golden brown.

Step 2

Stir in the ground cardamom, cinnamon, and raisins. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, for another 1 minute.

Step 3

Pour in the water slowly while stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming. Stir until the water has mostly absorbed.

Step 4

Add your milk option. Let the porridge simmer over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes, until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency. Serve warm.

Optional: Top with a little Maple Syrup or honey.
